We discover the significance of the role of the priest and how Jesus fulfills it from both the divine and mortal perspective. We also spend some time on the controversial doctrines of God’s sovereignty in salvation and limited atonement. We learn that a true knowledge of God glorifies Him, but doctrines devised to make God fit into our own notions of how He should operate diminish His glory and make us idolators.
